To process a claim for a damaged item, please provide the following photos and answer the following questions:
–Airway Bill: A clear picture of the airway bill.
-Was the package wrapped in bubble wrap when you received it?
-Was the package sealed before opening?
-Packaging and Bubble Wrap: A photo of the packaging along with the bubble wrap.
–Damaged Item: Multiple photos of the damaged item from different angles. These photos and answers will help us assess the situation and process your claim efficiently.”
